All orders ship the same day if placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday – Friday unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. We never ship during weekends or holidays.  All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation.

When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.

Can I cancel or change an order after I’ve placed it?Getting your order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. Once you submit an order, the shipment process begins immediately and we are unable to honor requests for item changes or order cancellations. Once you have received your order, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Please note, Voila Finest is not liable to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping fees. Voila Finest cannot assume liability for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
